The Sun Newspaper in the UK published an A to Z list of plant based herbal medicines. Dr Richard Middleton, director of the British Herbal Medicine Association is quoted with a useful reminder that herbal medicines are high quality licensed products but the quality of herbal food supplements is variable. 
A reminder also to always check for the THR logo which indicates a registered high quality herbal medicine.
